Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that partner Brian Waagner has contributed to the third edition of Federal Government Construction Contracts, a practice handbook published by the American Bar Association. Waagner serves as co-author of a chapter exploring the Differing Site Conditions clause frequently required in government construction contracts.

Based in Washington, Waagner has more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer and commercial litigator, frequently handling bid protest matters and complex claims and disputes arising in government contract disputes. He also conducts internal investigations and represents contractors responding to Defense Contract Audit Agency audits. Waagner also advises clients on compliance issues unique to government contracts.

Waagner is the editor of Husch Blackwell’s government contracts blog, The Contractor’s Perspective.
