Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce partners Steve Levine and Josh Levy will serve on the Cannabis and Construction Editorial Advisory Boards, respectively, in 2022 for Law360.
Each board comprises about 10 subject-matter experts who provide feedback on Law360’s coverage and additional insights on how best to cover each respective practice area. This year marks the second consecutive year for Levine and Levy of serving on their respective boards.
Based in Denver, Levine leads the firm’s national cannabis practice where he counsels clients through the tangle of shifting regulations governing the sale and use of cannabis in both the marijuana and industrial hemp sectors. He also guides these clients through a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings (public and private), debt and equity financings, and corporate restructurings.
Levy, based in Milwaukee, is the leader of the firm’s Construction & Design Group and serves as an AAA Arbitrator on the Construction Industry Panel. Josh’s past experience as in-house counsel for a national construction firm has given Josh an in-depth understanding of the concerns of owners, developers, architects and contractors.
