News Releases

Husch Blackwell’s Sonia Ramirez Anderson and Micah King have been selected for the Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity (LCLD)‘s 2021 Pathfinder Program.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program, now in its sixth year, is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD member organizations. Anderson is a labor and employment associate in the firm’s Denver office; King is a real estate senior associate in the firm’s Austin office.

The goal of the program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
