Linda Tiller receives an award that honors women with longstanding careers in international trade.

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Linda Tiller will receive the Women in International Business Legacy Award from the lnternational Trade Council of Greater Kansas City. Tiller founded Husch Blackwell’s Customs & International Trade practice and is a member of the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry group.

The Legacy Award is given to women who have had longstanding careers in international trade and have used their knowledge and expertise to give back to the community.

Tiller advises a global roster of manufacturers and distributors involved in the cross-border production and transportation of goods and services, including suppliers to the oil and gas industry, importers of a variety of consumer and industrial products, and exporters of defense articles and technology. Her practice touches on multiple areas of law, including U.S. economic sanctions, import seizures, export licensing, antidumping cases, trade compliance and foreign distribution.

The lnternational Trade Council of Greater Kansas City will present Tiller with the Legacy Award at its Women in lnternational Business Luncheon on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 11:30am to 1:00pm at the Webster House in downtown Kansas City.
