State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Section Recognizes Tim Million

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that attorney Tim Million received the Robert B. Wilson Distinguished Service Award, given by the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

This award, named in honor of Robert B. Wilson, the first chair of the State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Law Section, is presented “for tireless efforts and unceasing dedication and service to the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.”

Based in the firm’s Houston office, Million is a member of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources industry team and the Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. His work with energy industry clients spans both privately held and public companies and includes representations for of creditors, debtors and trustees in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy-related litigation.

Million has been a member of the Bankruptcy Law Section’s Council since 2009 and served as Chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas for 2021-22. He is the 2010 recipient of the Section’s Outstanding Service Award. Million is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is a co-founder of the Houston Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers.
