Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce Managing Intellectual Property magazine has recognized nine attorneys in its 2025 edition of IP STARS, a leading guide to intellectual property law firms and lawyers.
IP STARS listed Husch Blackwell as a “Highly Recommended” firm in Missouri for Intellectual Property and as a “Recommended” firm in Illinois Minnesota for Patent Prosecution.
Earlier this year, the firm was shortlisted by Managing Intellectual Property for its 2025 Americas Awards series for Midwest Firm of the Year in patent prosecution and patent disputes where it was one of six and seven firms, respectively, considered for distinction. The regional-level awards seek to recognize the year’s most outstanding firm in one of four regions.
Individually, partner Jackson was shortlisted for national Practitioner of Year (ITC), where he was one of eight finalists. Mizerk was one of eight attorneys considered for Litigator of the Year (Illinois) while Ali was one of five finalists for Litigator of the Year (Minnesota).
Managing Intellectual Property’s IP STARS directory covers more than 70 jurisdictions worldwide, making it the most comprehensive IP guide in the legal profession. Its rankings are based on a weighted review of information submitted by firms, publicly available information, and market feedback.
