Klein’s contribution treats strategic alternatives against the backdrop of Texas state law, including the receivership process and the pros and cons associated with receivership.
Klein represents financial industry clients and institutions in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial loan workouts, out-of-court restructurings, loan documentation and the protection of creditors’ rights. She also advises several national clients in connection with workouts and restructurings of troubled loans.
Strategic Alternatives for and Against Distressed Businesses is published by the West Publishing division of Thomson Reuters and, since 2008, is one of the best-selling titles in the West library of legal resources.
