Rodney Carter, a partner in Husch Blackwell’s Real Estate, Development & Construction group, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Wireless Association (WWA). Based in the firm’s Milwaukee office, Carter primarily counsels clients across several industries on a wide variety of business and real estate transactions and has significant experience in land-use planning, zoning, eminent domain, and tax increment financing.  He serves as the co-leader of Husch Blackwell’s Telecommunications practice group.

Established in 2008, the WWA is a non-profit professional association whose members include wireless industry professionals from across Wisconsin, including wireless carriers, tower companies, network developers, and their supporting vendors.

Carter’s term as an officer of the WWA Board of Directors extends through 2020. Carter is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Real Estate and Public Utilities Sections and the American Bar Association’s Real Property and Public Utility/Communications Law Sections.
