Husch Blackwell served as counsel to The Redwood Group, LLC and its related entities in the acquisition of grain assets and inventory in a competitive auction arising from Hansen-Mueller’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding.
The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska approved Redwood's acquisition of a grain elevator, a significant amount of grain inventory, and assumption of grain forward contracts for oats and wheat and railcar leases.
