Husch Blackwell served as counsel to Kansas City-based Evolytics in its recently closed transaction with Concord, a leading technology consulting and digital transformation firm. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2005, Evolytics is a leading digital analytics consulting firm that partners with enterprise customers and worldwide brands. The partnership allows for expanded end-to-end data solutions to Evolytics’ clients while Concord receives stronger data analytics capabilities.
Partner Ed Wilson served as Husch Blackwell’s team lead on the transaction, which included Lizzy Rettinger, Jason Reschly and Craig Kovarik.
