Husch Blackwell is proud to announce that Paige Sprink, an associate in the firm’s Milwaukee office, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Pro Bono Impact Award. The award, presented annually during National Pro Bono Week, recognizes attorneys who demonstrate exceptional commitment to providing legal services to those unable to afford representation and who contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the firm’s pro bono programs.

Sprink was selected for her outstanding leadership in the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin guardianship pro bono program. Through her efforts, dozens of vulnerable minors with disabilities have received crucial legal protections as they transition to adulthood. Sprink’s innovative approach to streamlining guardianship processes and updating resources has made it possible for more families to secure guardianships, directly impacting the lives of those most in need.

In addition to her work with clients, Sprink has been instrumental in mentoring associates and building a strong network of attorneys dedicated to pro bono service. Her leadership has removed barriers to participation and fostered a culture of engagement and excellence within the firm.

The Pro Bono Impact Award also recognizes the achievements of this year’s exceptional nominees: Paul Calfo, Maysa Daoud, Daan Erickson, Braden O’Brien, Lisa Parker and Ryan Spraker. Each nominee has made a significant impact on individuals or communities in need and demonstrated unwavering commitment to justice.

As part of the award, Sprink will receive a trophy and a grant to be donated to a legal services organization of her choice.
