National law firm Husch Blackwell represented Bangert Computer Systems, a specialist in AI-enabled implementation and onboarding for construction financial management, in its sale to Sage (FTSE: SGE), a leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses.
The acquisition brings Bangert's construction experience, implementation methodology and AI-enabled onboarding technology, including its proprietary AskRichard platform, into Sage to strengthen onboarding for Sage Intacct Construction.
The Husch Blackwell team was led by partner John Moore and included Gabriel Riekhof and Sydney Hoffman.
