News Releases

Husch Blackwell continued its nationwide growth with the addition of transactional partner Scott “SJ” Jablonski, who joins the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jablonski will be a member of The Link, Husch Blackwell’s virtual office.

Jablonski has nearly two decades of experience of guiding clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including complex Middle Market buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and other private securities offerings, borrower-side commercial loan transactions, and other corporate finance transactions.

“Scott’s deep experience with corporate and transactional matters, along with his innovative, technology-oriented approach, brings practical and creative solutions to clients’ business needs,” said Kirstin Salzman, partner and leader of Husch Blackwell’s Corporate, M&A & Securities practice. “We’re delighted to have him join the firm in Florida, where he strengthens our rapidly growing presence and ability to serve clients nationally.”

Jablonski represents clients in a diverse range of industries including emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cyber security, blockchain, renewables, avionics/aerospace, insurance, financial services, e-commerce and consumer goods, food & beverage, real estate, and construction. He has experience counseling clients with respect to their business structure and corporate governance, equity incentives, strategic planning and operations, personnel contracts, commercial and licensing agreements, and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Jablonski was a partner at Berger Singerman.

“Husch Blackwell has an innovative business strategy and a forward-looking approach to its use of technology,” Jablonski said. “The firm’s national reach and deep bench provide great benefit to clients and I’m eager to help continue to grow the firm’s presence and capabilities in Florida.”

In January, Husch Blackwell added commercial and construction litigator Kelley Geraghty Price.
