Danielle R. Luisi has joined Husch Blackwell’s Product Liability practice as an associate in the firm’s Chicago office.
Luisi defends product liability, premises liability, toxic tort and environmental claims. Serving as part of national coordinating counsel and trial teams for corporations in toxic tort litigation, she has been instrumental in formulating defense strategies and managing cases in some of the nation’s busiest mass tort jurisdictions on behalf of a diverse group of clients.
Luisi earned her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude in political science and business administration from Washington Jefferson College.
Luisi is active in the Defense Research Institute, serving on its Young Lawyers Committee (YLC) and co-chairing the YLC’s Legislative Liaison Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, and the Chicago Bar Association.
