Paige C. Duggins-Clay of Husch Blackwell’s Austin office has been named a 2019 Top 20 Up and Coming Lawyer by the Austin Black Business Journal.
Duggins-Clay, an associate in the firm’s Education group, was honored for “exemplifying the core values of the legal and civic profession” based upon “the stature and the quality of work she has shown in serving the needs of the people of Central Texas.”
Duggins-Clay earned her B.A. at Southwestern University and her J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law. She is a member of the Barbara Jordan American Inn of Court.
Duggins-Clay and other honorees were celebrated at a reception Thursday, March 21 at the Huston Tillotson University Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
