Situation

A printing company’s former sales representatives defrauded the company by accepting commissions from its vendors and competitors for service placement and product sales. The defendants concealed their conduct for years, resulting in significant lost business to the company.

Result

Our team brought suit and defended counterclaims in three separate venues, while bringing pressure to bear on the defendants in the marketplace and the courtroom. We obtained a temporary restraining order against one of the former sales representatives to prevent further theft and interference. We also notified every at-risk customer of the defendants’ deceit, effectively forestalling the potential customer loss that could have arisen. Ultimately, we leveraged a settlement at mediation that was favorable to our client.
