Robin combines her in-house retail development experience and backgrounds in commercial leasing and finance law to deliver practical, business-minded solutions for commercial leasing clients.
Tenants and landlords turn to Robin for guidance across a variety of commercial leasing matters, with retail leasing and office leasing as a core focus. Her practice includes a strong concentration in ground leases and other complex lease structures commonly associated with retail developments. With more than 12 years in practice—including time spent in-house on the landlord side from acquisition through lease negotiation—she offers a strong business perspective and a deep understanding of key deal drivers. Leveraging her background in finance law—including experience representing both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions—Robin drafts and negotiates leases and related ancillary documents while anticipating issues that may arise over the life of a lease.
For a time, Robin served as a law school career counselor, where she tailored her communication to individual needs. She brings the same approach to her practice, putting herself in clients’ shoes to anticipate concerns and provide clear counsel. Clients value her responsiveness, thoroughness, and thoughtful attention to their priorities.
Robin was drawn to commercial real estate because she enjoys helping build something tangible—it’s rewarding to see a completed project and know she played a role in it. She also appreciates the collaborative nature of real estate transactions, where parties with different perspectives work together toward a common goal.
