She then transitioned into five years of transactional law, where she focused on corporate formation and maintenance, real estate transactions, contracts, and trusts and estates—developing a solid foundation in business law and whole-client focused service.

Over the past five years, Rebecca served in a government legal department, focusing on legal project management. In this role, she managed complex legal projects from inception to resolution, engaging stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional partners to meet organizational goals, improving processes to deliver on tight deadlines, and navigate shifting priorities with creative, solutions-oriented thinking.

Her diverse background gives her a robust toolkit and a unique ability to bridge legal knowledge with operational insight.

In addition to her legal work, Rebecca brings years of non-profit experience and has served on multiple boards of directors, where she has supported mission-driven organizations through governance, strategy, and community engagement.
