Peyton assists clients with real estate transactions.
Peyton’s interest in law began in high school through involvement in business clubs, sparking a passion for business and a love for transactional law. From that point on, she knew she wanted to go to law school and work on the transactional side of Big Law.
Particularly drawn to real estate and development, Peyton appreciates the tangible impact of this practice area, where the results of legal work can be seen in clients’ communities. Prior experience in leasing and volunteering with the Tenants Assistance Program reinforced this interest.
As a law student, Peyton served on the editorial board of Creighton Law Review, honing legal writing and research skills while gaining a deeper understanding of contemporary legal issues. This experience was complemented by a summer associate position at Husch Blackwell, where she worked on various transactional matters, including drafting purchase agreements and governing documents for business entities.
Peyton is known for her genuine investment in clients and their businesses and her focus on finding the best legal solutions to meet their needs.
