Overview

Paige advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and commercial agreements.

A childhood as the daughter of a small business owner sparked Paige’s interest in helping clients solve business challenges. Paige worked first at an advertising agency, helping a wide range of clients and honing her strategic thinking and communication skills.

Throughout law school, Paige enjoyed applying her analytical skills to help clients reach business goals—and a focus on corporate law was a natural fit. Negotiations classes and internships during law school deepened her understanding of the corporate world from both the legal and business perspectives.

Paige completed in-house internships at a global technology company and an outdoor recreation and hospitality company, gaining practical experience with contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal research.

Paige is known for her adaptability, collaborative approach, and strong interpersonal skills. Clients value her ability to understand business needs, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions that support growth and protect their interests.

Community Leadership

Paige has volunteered with Students Shoulder to Shoulder since 2021. The organization pairs high school students with inspirational leaders, creating powerful and inspiring experiences to help teens learn how to lead in a way that balances growth, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.

As a high school student herself, Paige went on a Students Shoulder to Shoulder trip and loves staying involved with the organization. Her role is to help educate prospective students about the experience and conduct interviews as part of the application process.
