Neha focuses on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, supporting clients with legal and compliance needs in a changing industry.

Neha chose a career in law for the intellectual challenge and the opportunity to use her skills to support people facing complex legal frameworks. She values the continual learning the profession offers and takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals.

Neha’s interest in healthcare stems from its dynamic nature—an industry shaped by rapid technological advances, evolving regulations, and public health priorities. Her work in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters reflects the intersection of law, policy, business, and health, offering opportunities to address complex challenges with real-world impact.

During law school, Neha served as vice president of the Corporate and Tax Law Society and developed a strong interest in sophisticated business structures and transactions. She also gained practical experience in her law school’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, where she helped form a nonprofit organization, supported small businesses in their governance needs, and assisted local first-time homeowners in executing transfer-on-death deeds to promote generational homeownership. These experiences reinforced the importance of thoroughly understanding client needs and deepened her appreciation for the opportunity to use her legal skills to help members of her community navigate the law and make their goals a reality.

As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Neha gained experience across diverse healthcare matters, including research on healthcare provider licensing requirements, reimbursement regulations, and compliance obligations under federal and state law.

Neha is known for her adaptability, responsiveness, and meticulous preparation. She prioritizes understanding client objectives, communicating clearly, and tailoring solutions to fit each situation. Clients value Neha’s attention to detail, focus on providing practical guidance, and consistent follow-through.
