A former accountant and auditor, Luis thrived on investigative work but was keenly aware that his role never included resolving any of the problems he uncovered. He chose to pursue a career as an attorney, where he could combine his passions for fact-finding, problem-solving, and creativity.
Luis’s interest in government contracts was solidified during law school, while he continued working as an auditor. His employer allowed him to explore the legal aspects of government contract auditing, which eventually directed his career path. Luis also served as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, assisting the Government Contracts team and contributing to client solutions.
Known for his dedication and thorough approach, Luis is focused on providing immediate solutions while preventing future issues. His blend of legal and accounting perspectives enables him to understand client needs deeply and offer practical, business-oriented solutions.
