Linda started her first legal position almost 40 years ago working in a firm specializing in music business law. She went on to work with attorneys specializing in corporate transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and commercial real estate. She is a very detail-oriented person and believes that clients are the most important asset of any law firm.
Linda works primarily with a partner who specializes in commercial real estate and leasing. Linda focuses on drafting mezzanine loan documents for a large private equity lender as well as initial preparation and review of commercial real estate transaction documents. She also works with the corporate practice group in all aspects of corporate transactional work.
