Kevin’s practice involves guiding clients through complex tax issues.

Kevin advises clients on a wide range of transactional tax matters, including business entity formation, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. He assists taxpayers with U.S. federal income taxation throughout all stages of the business life cycle. Kevin also regularly counsels clients on state and local tax matters, including income, franchise, sales, use, transfer and property taxes.

For tax-exempt organizations, Kevin partners with clients to secure and maintain tax-exempt status. Kevin has also assisted clients with identifying and obtaining available tax credits and incentives.

Kevin began his career as a tax consultant with a Big Four accounting firm, focusing on state and local taxation.
