Katie helps clients navigate a variety of private wealth matters.

Concentrating in the areas of business succession, charitable and estate planning, Katie collaborates with attorneys to help clients achieve financial objectives. By constantly keeping client goals in mind, Katie is able to aid high net worth individuals and families, businesses and nonprofit organizations in securing their desired outcomes for future generations.

She assists attorneys and clients on a wide range of critical tasks including creating and registering entities as well as filing annual registrations. Additionally, Katie aids the risk management team with audit letters, and she prepares and files Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form 990 for various nonprofit foundations. With years of experience and a wealth of industry knowledge, Katie is a valuable asset to both legal teams and clients.

In her spare time, Katie loves to travel.

Although she enjoys seeing all parts of the world, the Caribbean and other tropical destinations are her favorite. When at home, she likes to spend time surrounded by family and friends.
