Overview

Josh partners with clients to further their business goals through commercial real estate transactions.

Josh was drawn to the practice of law out of a desire to pursue a career where he could have a real-world impact. He quickly realized that real estate law was a perfect fit: he finds great satisfaction in seeing the tangible results of clients’ transactions, and he loves knowing that he’s helped clients grow their businesses in such a concrete way.

As an extrovert who thrives on collaboration, Josh cites simply working with clients as his favorite part of his job. He’s excited to learn as much as possible about clients’ businesses and business goals so that he fully understands the purpose of each real estate transaction, and he loves being a full part of a client’s team. Known for always seeing the bigger picture and keeping the client’s goal front and center, Josh gets deals done so that clients can reach their business goals.

Josh’s practice covers a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes representing purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial; representing landlords and tenants in office, retail, and industrial leasing; and representing a broad range of clients including developers and joint ventures in connection with various commercial real estate transactions across the United States.
