Jon serves as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, public companies, and emerging businesses on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and corporate matters.
Jon brings a depth of experience to financial institutions, counseling credit unions, and banks on NCUA and CFPB regulations, board governance, privacy and data security, and vendor management. He is frequently involved in structuring and negotiating complex technology and fintech agreements, as well as guiding institutions through mergers, conversions, and regulatory approvals.
Jon advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, and capital markets transactions, in addition to helping public companies with SEC filings and corporate governance matters. His insights are enhanced by his time as a law student extern at Whirlpool Corporation, where he collaborated with international legal teams and gained direct experience observing how legal strategies are developed to support business goals.
