With nearly 18 years of experience in the legal industry, Jessica still loves the challenge that each new matter brings, and she’s excited to dig into the details of each client’s unique circumstance. She has experience working with litigation, estate planning, land use, and corporate governance and other corporate matters, but she has focused in recent years on real estate transactions and their accompanying agreements and contracts.
Jessica assists with the purchase, sale and leasing of various forms of commercial property, including those with complex financing structures involving tax credits. She regularly drafts and prepares purchase or leasing agreements and closing documents, and she performs contract review and due diligence.
Jessica is known for her problem-solving skills and for her innovative solutions to client concerns in transactions. Clients and attorneys appreciate her calm under pressure and her ability to keep transactions on track and moving forward.
