Isabella works with clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and business strategy support.
A desire to solve complex problems and advocate for others led Isabella to law school. The legal field offered a challenging and collaborative environment, where analytical thinking and teamwork come together to help clients reach business goals.
Corporate law was a natural fit for Isabella, combining her interests in business, law, and strategy. Classes in Entrepreneurship Law and Transactional Drafting provided practical experience with the intersection of legal issues and business needs. Serving on the board of her law school’s business law association strengthened this focus and offered hands-on opportunities to develop dealmaking skills.
Prior to law school, Isabella worked for a small business, giving her firsthand insight into the legal and operational challenges companies face every day. This experience shaped her understanding of what support businesses need from lawyers, especially when navigating growth and risk.
As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Isabella worked on a range of corporate and litigation matters, including drafting and editing transactional documents and conducting research for both transactional and litigation projects.
Isabella is known for strong communication skills, perseverance, and a genuine interest in understanding business goals. Clients appreciate her clear explanations, thoughtful approach, and commitment to exceptional service.
