Elizabeth helps clients with corporate matters, including business formation, transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Elizabeth originally planned to attend medical school, but a job at a law firm during undergrad changed her path and sparked a genuine interest in the law. That experience showed her how legal work could translate directly into helping people, which ultimately led her to law school.
During law school, Elizabeth worked with U.S. Speedskating on Olympic-related contracts and negotiations, an experience that drew her toward corporate law. Being part of a team that helped bring the organization's goals to life, and eventually seeing that work culminate at the Long Track Olympic Team Trials in Milwaukee, reinforced her interest in the collaborative side of corporate practice. She also served with the Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she advised business owners and drafted entity formation documents, giving her early exposure to what matters most to clients starting a business.
As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Elizabeth sat in on corporate calls, reviewed documents, and prepared memoranda for corporate clients and partners. Seeing how the firm's corporate team worked together confirmed that Husch Blackwell was where she wanted to begin her legal career.
Known for being responsible and detail-oriented, Elizabeth aims to understand complex client concerns and reflect that understanding in her work. She believes that genuinely caring about a client's needs is what builds relationships that last, and she brings that mindset to every matter she handles.
