Deb focuses on all facets of business, finance, and real estate transactions.
Deb assists clients and attorneys with the buying and selling of commercial real estate and with commercial financing (both lender and borrower sides), as well as with the development and redevelopment of commercial and mixed-use projects. She has extensive experience working with developers and lenders on complex financing structures involving:
- New markets tax credits (NMTC)
- Historic tax credits (HTC)
- Low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC)
- Tax increment financing (TIF)
- Small Business Administration (SBA) transactions
Deb also works closely with the firm’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, assisting in complex real estate and title issues. Deb is licensed to issue title insurance in Wisconsin.
