As director of enterprise architecture, Brad leads efforts to optimize the firm’s technology landscape in support of business strategy and client service, ensuring systems are designed and implemented in a deliberate and well-structured manner from the outset. He oversees the firm’s technology platforms and data assets, driving secure integration, efficient use, and alignment with enterprise goals.
In this role, he helps maximize the value of technology investments by driving full platform utilization, simplifying the experience for attorneys and business professionals, and enabling more seamless, connected ways of working that enhance both internal effectiveness and client service delivery. He views emerging technologies as key enablers of efficiency and insight, particularly through the automation of routine work and improved data-driven decision-making. Underpinning this is a commitment to strong data foundations, thoughtful implementation, and the enduring importance of human judgment and capability.
Brad brings more than 30 years of information technology (IT) experience to the position, including leadership spanning software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud. He has served as both chief information officer and chief operating officer for a law firm, providing a unique blend of technical and operational perspective. This background informs his ability to understand how enterprise systems interconnect and scale in complex environments and to establish architecture governance across the organization.
Brad’s leadership approach is grounded in transparency, honest assessment, and a clear understanding of technology’s tradeoffs, with a strong emphasis on establishing trust as the foundation for effective collaboration. He aligns solutions to business and client needs by clearly articulating options, costs, and implications—including total cost of ownership—so decisions are well-informed. A key strength is his ability to foster alignment across diverse teams through strong communication and relationship-building. By understanding different perspectives and identifying shared goals, he helps teams converge on solutions that reduce complexity and improve effectiveness for the firm and its clients.
