Alexandria focuses on corporate law and corporate transactions.
Alexandria comes to law from an interest in business: growing up on a farm sparked a passion for the business side of agriculture, which eventually led to law school, where she was particularly drawn to transactional law. As a student, Alexandria served as an active and competing member of the Transactional Team and was fascinated by M&A and tax classes, which emphasized the importance of attention to detail and deal structuring.
An in-house internship with Ball Corporation solidified Alexandria’s interest in transactional law, providing her with insights into the consumer packaged goods business and the role of compliance and ESG in evaluating companies. She also spent a summer as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, where she worked on regulatory and corporate governance issues within the cannabis industry and assisted with seller-side due diligence on the sale of a packaging company.
Alexandria is known as an excellent listener with high attention to detail. Clients appreciate her helpfulness, knowledge, and ready responsiveness.
