She regularly advises universities, colleges, research institutions, and companies on a wide range of employment‑based matters, including H-1B, O-1, L-1, E-3, J-1, and TN petitions; PERM labor certification applications; and EB-1A extraordinary ability, EB-1B outstanding professor/researcher, and national interest waiver petitions.
Having personally navigated the U.S. immigration process, Adeline offers a firsthand understanding of the challenges clients face, complemented by a wealth of experience in employment-based immigration. Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, she advised employers ranging from startups to multinational companies across industries including technology, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, and arts/entertainment, most recently at a global immigration services firm. Her experience spans both employment- and family-based immigration matters, including securing nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for executives, researchers and scientists, entrepreneurs and startup founders, as well as artists and athletes.
Earlier in her career, she practiced as a French-qualified attorney at an international law firm in Paris and later served as in-house counsel at a global investment bank in London.
