Overview

Aleksei focuses on real estate and development law, assisting clients with commercial leases and real estate transactions involving financing.

Aleksei’s interest in real estate law was sparked in a Real Estate Finance Law class, where she was drawn to the structured, process-driven nature of the field. During her time in law school, she served as a student attorney in the transactional law clinic, helping individuals and their businesses with various legal matters, and she realized how much she enjoyed supporting business transactions. Aleksei also spent a season as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, where she handled lease audits, drafted SNDAs, and created form documents for commercial leases. This hands-on experience solidified her interest in the field and provided a strong foundation for her legal career.

Today, Aleksei focuses much of her practice on commercial leases. She also assists with the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, as well as with real estate financing and mortgage contracts.

Known for her drive and grounded approach, Aleksei is committed to going the extra mile for clients. Her priority is always to ensure that they feel genuinely valued.

Aleksei’s favorite thing is animals, so she spends much of her time with her tuxedo cat, Meeko, and her hound dog, Billy. She hopes to one day foster animals alongside her husband and become more involved with local shelters. Aleksei also enjoys reading—especially with her book club—cooking, watching movies, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. Go Vols!
