But the ability of counterparties to meet their commitments is dependent upon their resources, too. Our panel will examine the potential consequences when a counterparty struggles or defaults in its obligations under a lease, a purchase or sale agreement, a construction or vendor contract, or even a donor’s pledge to your organization.
