Jameson Watts will present at the 2019 Bankruptcy Section CLE of the Austin Bar Association on Friday, May 3, 2019 in Austin, TX, addressing the following topic:
"Point/Counter-Point: A Debate on Bankruptcy Topics."
The debates will be split between consumer and business bankruptcy topics and will be based upon statutory, case law, and practical considerations. Topics will range from whether passive retention of collateral violates the automatic stay (consumer topic) to the disinterested standard for hiring bankruptcy professionals (business topic).
