Topic: How to Survive in this Economic Downturn
Neither franchisors nor franchisees can afford to base business decisions on tortured analysis of past performance or on the generalities and fears inherent in conventional wisdom about the economy. Your company''s stability will be largely determined by your understanding of the "basics" - revenues, COGS, labor, occupancy, fixed assets and debt - and of the not-so-subtle differences between the views of these "basics" by franchisors and franchisees.

Speaker: Craig Salvay
Craig Salvay founded SR Financial Group, Inc. in 1986.  His corporate financial expertise helps develop early-stage businesses and helps further develop and sell/merge mature businesses, including many restaurant franchisees, food processors, and food distributors. He provides Statistical Accounting, Financial and Economic (SAFEsm) analysis to franchisors and franchisees alike. Craig earned his B.A. in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. at Saint Louis University School of Law.
