Webinar

Across the nation, the legal landscape of gun legislation is changing. These changes can place school districts in the uncertain position of wondering how to address guns on campus and implement policies that comply with recent changes in state gun laws. Gun law requirements and compliance issues vary by state, and this webinar aims to help school districts be aware of national trends with respect to those state laws.

Please join the Council of the Great City Schools and Husch Blackwell for a webinar on how school districts can respond to the shifting legal landscape. Attorneys in Husch Blackwell’s Education group will explain the operative legal framework, including various state-level approaches to guns-on-campus issues and ideas for developing and applying school policies.
