If you have an HCR contract, service changes are as inevitable as death and taxes. Learn about the rules that govern service changes, your rights and obligations and how the changes and disputes clauses of your contract can be your best friend.

Registration
Online registration is available until January 4, 2017. Registration will also be accepted the day of the seminar if space allows. All prices for on-site registration will be $100 higher than online.
