Seminars

Join us for a two-hour CLE for attorneys interested in trial strategy. The session will focus on how implicit and cognitive bias can influence juror decision making, judicial rulings, credibility assessments, damages in trials, and, more importantly, how trial lawyers can ethically and effectively mitigate those risks. Through real-world civil trial hypotheticals, small group exercises, and research-based strategies, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply and litigation-ready techniques to enhance advocacy, improve fairness, and strengthen outcomes.

After the program, enjoy lunch and the excitement of a Royals game as they take on the Texas Rangers.
