Join Husch Blackwell and the Council of the Great City Schools for a discussion on difficult conversations about race in public school classrooms and activities. The webinar will include discussion of recent legislative and administrative efforts to limit discussion of “critical race theory” and other modes of inquiry into our nation’s history of racial discrimination and inequity. The panelists will consider the extent to which such efforts may complicate institutional efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion and raise First Amendment concerns as well.
