On October 5, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) released its FY 2012 Work Plan. We will highlight the OIG's proposed initiatives and discuss recurring issues that pose the greatest compliance risk to hospitals, physicians and long-term care facilities.
