Updating Your Compliance Program to Address the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Amendments and New Department of Education Guidance
This webinar will provide practical guidance to institutions on the steps necessary to update their Title IX sexual violence programs to comport with changes implemented by VAWA and to be consistent with recent guidance issued by the Department of Education that follows the Department’s 2011 Dear Colleague Letter. The first portion of the webinar will focus on essential policy and procedure revisions. The second half will cover institutional training obligations for administrators, faculty, employees, and students.
