Husch Blackwell Healthcare Partners Barbara Miltenberger and Harvey Tettlebaum authored a chapter in The ACO Handbook: A Guide to Accountable Care Organizations, a new American Health Lawyers Association publication. The handbook covers all aspects of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and the legal issues pertaining to ACO development, giving special consideration to the changes brought about by healthcare reform. Miltenberger and Tettlebaum’s chapter, “ACOs and Post Acute Providers,” addresses how post acute care providers can participate in ACOs and what issues these providers should consider.
