An article published by The Kansas City Star named Kansas City Mayor-elect Sly James' Transition Team members, including Husch Blackwell Partner John Crossley and Associate McClain Bryant.
James officially takes office on May 2, 2011. The team will examine city government, recommend board appointments and staff, and give input on programs, services, rules and regulations.
Crossley practices in Real Estate, Renewable Energy and Municipal law and participates in the Civic Council's Kansas City Tomorrow program; Bryant practices in the areas of Litigation, Government Ethics and Election Law, and Government Compliance, Investigations and Litigation. She is also an at-large member of the Democratic National Committee Youth Coordinating Council.
