Stallion briefly discusses recent court decisions that are having an impact on this area of law including the Bilski and KSR decisions. The chapter also discusses international patent law changes and trends that are having an impact on U.S. practice and protection strategies in general, and covers suggested patent protection strategies and how these strategies relate to other intellectual property strategies.
