Husch Blackwell’s Lisa J. Parker, a partner based in the firm’s Chicago office, has been selected by The National Black Lawyers for inclusion into its Top 100 Lawyers, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field.
Parker practices in Husch Blackwell’s Education industry group and represents a full range of higher education institutions, including private non-profit, public, healthcare-affiliated, religious, small privately-owned institutions, and large publicly-traded school groups. Parker assists these clients with regulatory compliance and litigation as well as mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
