Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that partners Gregory Minana and Ashley Rothe are recipients of the Missouri Lawyers Weekly 2019 Verdicts and Settlements (V&S) Awards.
The V&S awards honor settlements and trial victories, including wins for both the defense and plaintiffs. Minana and Rothe, along with Cape Girardeau-based counsel for co-defendants, were noted for the #2 defense verdict in the state, which they obtained in Cape Girardeau County (Price v. St. Francis Medical Center). The plaintiff had sought $5.3 million.
Minana, Rothe and other V&S winners will be honored at the Missouri Lawyers Awards luncheon January 25 at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. The full rankings of the year’s biggest verdicts and settlements will be published February 4 in Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s annual Top V&S edition.
