Husch Blackwell Welcomes Three Attorneys to Kansas City Office

Husch Blackwell welcomed Elizabeth Rowe as Senior Counsel and Tiffany Hetland and Adam Hoskins as Associates to its Kansas City office on October 3, 2016.

Rowe, who holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from The Institute of Certified Bankers, comes to the firm’s Food & Agribusiness group and Private Wealth practice from a regional trust company, where she served as vice president and private client advisor.  An Honor Graduate (2015) of the Cannon Financial Institute, Rowe also practiced law at several Kansas City firms, most recently tailoring estate and business succession planning solutions for clients. Rowe obtained her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (1997) and her B.M. cum laude from Southern Methodist University (1990).

Hetland joins the firm’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education group and Healthcare Regulatory practice with experience in the areas of specialty pharmacy arrangements; managed care and insurance contracting; Medicare and Medicaid; and regulatory, compliance, contracting and transactional matters associated with providers and hospitals. She previously served as in-house counsel to a Fortune 25 pharmacy benefit management company. Hetland obtained her J.D., from Saint Louis University School of Law with honors (2011) and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis (2008).

Hoskins joins the firm as a General Assignment associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, he clerked for the Hon. Duane Benton at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and for the Hon. David S. Doty at the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and worked as a litigation associate for a Minneapolis-based firm. He obtained his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School (2012) and his B.A. summa cum laude from Truman State University (2008).
